Carl founded LoKal in 2021 to offer bespoke real estate solutions, management and concierge services for Non-Resident Indians and high net worth individuals. He has 14 years of experience in real estate construction and property management for Indian and international markets, and over 25 years of experience working in media. When Carl successfully helped friends solve their real estate needs in India, his dear friend and mentor Vijay Makhija suggested building a platform to enable several others. Carl is a team player who’s driven to use available resources to achieve optimum returns. When not supporting his clients around the world, he is passionate about humanitarian causes. He does on-ground work on slum development in Dharavi and with the United Nations on gender equality and integrated value education.
